I'm sure that's exactly what happened. Some of them probably said he said yid.

I thought stewie put it up here.

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
if this had become a police matter and the fella charged , ive a good idea what was really said would come out ,that may or may not have helped Livermore with any pending FA action .

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
Hermit - have we seen what Livermore said was said? I thought we'd only seen what people nearby have said on here (at least that's the sentence I feel like you're referring to).

Trevor B 10:28 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
Or perhaps some of the eye witnesses that the club spoke to confirmed that he had made those derogatory remarks?

stewie griffin 10:23 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
No, sven son, the fa said they were content with West Ham's investigation of the situation.

It's quite straightforward "Having spoken to the supporter in question and numerous eye witnesses, we can find no evidence to suggest that derogatory remarks were made to Mr Livermore regarding the death of his child. We concur with Mr Livermore that there is no requirement for the police to be involved further, and support the FA ruling regarding the incident. We now consider this matter closed."

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
"Indefinite" ban sounds all severe and stuff in order to mesh with the media presentation of the incident but probably means said fan will be back fairly soon once its all died down, which means he probably said nothing in relation to livermores dead child.

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd? Fan banned indefinitely
Just in time for Brady’s article tomorrow. If you think any West Ham fan said what Livermore said was said, you probably have never been to a West Ham game before. I’ve never heard sentences structured like that before at a football match.

Also, if you saw the photo of everyone round him cracking up laughing, then you have to conclude that either he said it and our whole fan base are utter cunts or....he didn’t say it.

On balance, it looks like he didn’t say it. Bet he said ‘yid’ though.

I have no idea what he said.

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
McBowyer what did he say?

Trevor you're still assuming this supporter can't handle himself, he'd probably have cunted Livermore right in the bastard given the chance

We all do remember what Livermore said about West Ham all those years ago, don't we?

McBowyer 9:32 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
Why people are coming to the defence of a so called “fan” who, if he said anything as reported to any of you would be banged out or reported to the club, is beyond me.

I would have complained about that sort of behaviour even if Livermore hadn’t heard it tbh. What sort of example is it to kids who are on the crowd?

He’s been only been banned, and that means that stadium is now has one less mouth-breathing bigot in it. Good.

NB

True, there are a vast amount of massive cunts in the world who would happily cunt someone off if they felt they were safe, but would never do so if they thought they might get a clump for their trouble. I believe they are referred to as cowards.

North Bank 9:27 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
stewie this has Brady's name stamped all over it, the woman is the lowest form of detestable scum, probably gets off on banning our supporters aided and abetted by that loathsome cunt Hugh Southon looking to identify the fan

I'm beginning to hate West Ham United Football Club

Trevor you're assuming the bloke can't handle himself

Sven Roeder 9:26 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd? Fan banned indefinitely
My recollection is that part of the FA’s statement taking no action was that they had been given assurances that West Ham were dealing with the fan.
West Ham have been led by the nose and are doing what they are told.

stewie griffin 9:19 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
So Jake Livermore, West Bromwich Albion, the police and the FA saw no reason to drag this out any further and were happy to move on.

Yet 48 hours later West Ham United make a headline grabbing move to ban the supporter indefinitely despite a number of eyewitness accounts that not much happened.

Classic them, it really is

there have been several versions mentioned of what he was alleged to have said, depending on which one you believe, or which you thought was heard by livermore, they were all designed to get a reaction. the fan got a reaction. maybe he'll think twice before (allegedly) acting the cunt next time.

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd? Fan banned indefinitely
Sven

Well perhaps that's a bit of a lesson to people who think it's ok to shout whatever they want just because they think they aren't going to get a clump for it. As many have said, if you said something like he was alluded to have said to someone in a pub, you'd rightly get a hiding.

Everyone who is in any way involved with this incident is a cunt.

Mex Martillo 8:03 Fri Jan 12
Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
If Livermore had not reacted our fan would not have been banned
He was banned because he got a reaction from Livermore
What he allegedly said was not that bad

Re: So why did Jake Livermore jump in to the crowd?
Abusing someone about their dead child is overstepping the mark in my view. But what is more upsetting is there are snide fans openly grassing other fans.
